The Erasmus Program Offers a Late Application Opportunity!

For students who missed this year’s regular application deadline or are only now becoming interested in studying abroad for a semester, the Erasmus Program offers the opportunity to apply for remaining spots through a late application process! The application deadline is June 5, 2026.

If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, please note the following: Only spots for the summer semester of 2027 are available. The application deadline is June 5, 2026. You may apply to up to three different locations, which increases your chances. Please also review the attached overview of our partner universities; this indicates whether a location is available for both BA and MA students or only for BA students. You will also find information there regarding the required language proficiency. Generally, the language of instruction is English (B2); however, for France, knowledge of French is required or strongly recommended (B2 for the Bachelor’s and C1 for the Master’s). After an exchange placement has been assigned, we will open a late application process via the Mobility Online platform to coordinate Erasmus funding with the International Office.

Steps for your application:

• Please send your complete application via email to Dr. Dennis Redeker & Dr. Philip Sinner to zerasmus@uni-bremen.de
• The application window closes on June 5, 2026
• Your application must include a letter of motivation, a resume, proof of language proficiency (e.g., high school diploma), a valid certificate of enrollment, and your current Transcript of Records (Pabo transcript).
• Please combine all documents into a SINGLE PDF file.
