ZeMKI's Lab Platform Governance, Media and Technology at the University of Bremen is hosting two "EU-Africa AI Governance Fellows" for the AI PAN-AFRICANISM project. The first fellow, Dr. Nicola Palladino, began his research stay in August 2026 to explore digital sovereignty and AI governance. This initiative pilots a long-term European-African network for future MSCA staff exchanges.
