The Digital Communication and Information Diversity (DCID) Lab, headed by Prof Cornelius Puschmann, will be represented with four contributions at the 74th annual conference of the International Communication Association (ICA) in Australia.

ZeMKI member Dr. Dennis Redeker, member of the Lab "Platform Governance, Media and Technology", organized a roundtable on "Digital Governance between Multistakeholderism and Multilateralism" as part of the first conference of the EU Horizon Europe research project "Reignite Multilateralism via Technology" (REMIT). The dissertation of ZeMKI member Katharina Heitmann-Werner has been published by Springer VS under the title 'Zivilgesellschaft und Stadtöffentlichkeit - Eine akteurszentrierte Analyse der kommunikativen Figuration der Stadt' (Civil society and the urban public sphere - an actor-centred analysis of the communicative figuration of the city).

ZeMKI is currently developing “OpenQDA”, an open-source software for the qualitative coding of research data (interviews, observation protocols, etc.).
