ZeMKI is hosting a series of online info and Q&A sessions starting on January 15 about its M. A study programs: the established M. A. Digital media and Society, and the newly installed M. A. Media and Public Engagement.

The M. A. Digital Media and Society is an English-language programme marked by an interdisciplinary focus, advanced methods training, comprehensive internationalisation, and a clear link to media-related research and professional practice. Professors and staff at ZeMKI work with the students on key topics such as deep mediatisation, social media platforms and their governance, digital methods, and media sustainability.

The M. A. Media and Public Engagement is an English-language programme situated at the intersection of media, communication, and society, with a focus on how media and communication can be used to create a more sustainable, equitable, and participatory world. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the role of media in public engagement, political action, and sustainability, and will develop the skills to analyse and critique media practices and to design socially responsible and sustainable media solutions.
