Christine researches and teaches on media practice and everyday culture, digital placemaking and navigation, technological progress and Web 3, as well as in the field of media/memory studies.At ZeMKI, Christine Lohmeier was a visiting professor from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, she headed the Lab for Transcultural Communication and Memory Studies.
