ZeMKI Member Prof. Dr. Stephanie Geise presents at the SMSociety Conference in London on July 17th

Prof. Dr. Stephanie Geise gave a poster presentation on her project entitled “The expressive landscape of digital politics: exploring the power of creative political participation in social media” on the topic of creative social media participation by citizens in the German parliamentary election campaign, which she conducted together with ZeMKI member Nieki Samar.

The #SMSociety conference took place between July 16 and 18 and was hosted by the Digital Cultures and Economies Research Hub at the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London.
