Sandra Kero as part of the lecture series “Rechtsextremismus, Medien und Geschlecht”

On May 20, 2025, ZeMKI member Sandra Kero will give the lecture “Die Rechte und die Frau: zwischen Obsession und (synthetischer) Imagination” as part of the lecture series “Rechtsextremismus, Medien und Geschlecht”.

The lecture series is organized by the University of Augsburg and the University of Passau and examines how the extreme right addresses the topic of gender narratively and discursively from a communication science perspective. In three consecutive lectures, experts will discuss how such narratives emerge in right-wing media and digital communication spaces, contribute to mobilization and enable connection to social or political center positions.
