Biography
From September 2020 to the end of 2025, Hannah-Marie Büttner worked as a doctoral candidate in the “Information Management and Media Technology” lab and at the Institute for Information Management Bremen (ifib) under Prof. Dr. Andreas Breiter. In August 2020, she completed her Research Master’s degree in Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam with honors. As part of her master’s degree, she worked as a research intern on the Horizon 2020 project “ODYCCEUS” (Opinion Dynamics and Cultural Conflict in European Spaces). She completed her bachelor’s degree in social sciences at the University of Trier. During her bachelor’s studies, she worked at the Research Center Europe (FZE) on the project “Social Media as Generators of Trust and Future Prospects for African Migrants” and on various projects at the Institute for Labor Law and Industrial Relations in the European Union (IAAEU).
